机构效能督导委员会 (IESC) is an ad-hoc committee that reports to the 教务长 and, 通过邀请, 教员议会. The committee’s mission is to define and guide the institutional effectiveness process at 最大的菠菜的平台. 特别是,国际人事委员会通过以下方式完成其使命:

  6. reviewing assessment documents at the end of each academic year and making recommendations to the 总统, 教务长, and 领导 Team for implementation of actions in response to Institution-wide evidence collected.

  8. Assisting the 全球文科核心课程 Committee (GLACC) in drafting their assessment report (GLACC Brief).

 

机构效能督导委员会 is composed of 6 members: The Dean for 制度研究, 评估, 和有效性, 教务副主任, two further members appointed by the 教务长 from the faculty and two further members appointed by the 教务长 from the staff. The Dean for 制度研究, 评估, 和有效性 serves as Chair of the Committee.
